Albuquerque, NM: Licensed Immigration Attorney. F/T. Advise clients on US immigration laws. Intepret Fed. laws, Regs; develop strategies for obtaining immigration benefits. Draft memoranda of law, motions, briefs and argue cases in immigration court and at DHS agencies. Must have JD or LLM (Law).
